Adventure Tour Guide

Our adventures include Zip Line Canopy Tours, Aerial Challenge Courses, Climbing Walls, and Eco-Spider ATV Tours

We are seeking fun loving, personable, and safety conscious applicants to join our team of tour guides at the largest zip line course on earth! No prior experience is necessary!

Applicants should enjoy working with the public, love creating a fun and exciting atmosphere for our guests, and keep attention to detail and safety as a top priority.

Pay starts at $12 hourly + tips! Many guides have seen as much as $18 an hour factoring in tips. Hourly pay may vary depending on experience.

Applicants must be available to work some weekends, holidays, and weekdays.

Position responsibilities and requirements include:

  • Conducting pre- and post-use safety checks on all equipment.
  • Instructing gear up and safety speeches for guests.
  • Providing exceptional tour experiences for our guests.
  • Continually monitoring participants and course for safety.
  • Evaluating guests physical, mental, and emotional state to ensure the highest level of safety for all.
  • Must meet physical requirements needed to safely assist guests and complete safety training.
  • Successfully complete two shadow tours to finalize the hiring process.
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
  • Reliable transportation and driver’s license
  • Shift flexibility required along with some weekend and holiday work.

Office Staff

Part time Office Staff/Guest Relations position. Applicants should enjoy working with and talking to the public. The front office is a fast paced environment with many opportunities for growth!

Pay starts at $12 an hour and may vary depending on experience.

Applicants must be available to work some weekends, holidays, and weekdays.

Position responsibilities and requirements include:

  • Checking guests in and out of rooms and activities.
  • Answering guests' questions and booking reservations both in person and over the phone.
  • Good phone etiquette is required.
  • Ensure lodging rooms are ready for guests.
  • Some cash management may be required.
  • Setting up and breaking down meeting spaces for groups.
  • Reliable transportation and driver’s license.
  • Shift flexibility required along with some weekend and holiday work.

Housekeeping Staff

As a unique conservation resort offering unparalleled lodging experiences, we are seeking dedicated Housekeeping Managers to lead our team in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' accommodations.

Position Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Housekeeping Staff Members and Managers to oversee our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidates will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional service. The manager role will involve leading our housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of our lodging rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and tidy guest rooms and suites according to established standards, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms, ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment for guests and staff.
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed in guest rooms or public areas to the maintenance team or supervisor for prompt resolution.

Additional Manager Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the housekeeping team in daily cleaning tasks, ensuring rooms are ready for guest arrivals.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest accommodations to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.
  • Oversee inventory management for housekeeping supplies and amenities, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to address any maintenance issues or repairs in guest rooms or public areas.
  • Train and mentor housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all staff members.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred if applying for the manager position.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and weekdays as needed.

Maintenance Staff

 Help us keep Banning beautiful!

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker with "handyman" experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various repair tasks, including but not limited to flooring, plumbing (minor repairs), and wall repair. This role will involve ensuring the functionality and safety of our lodging rooms, buildings, and structures, as well as maintaining our natural landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks for lodging rooms, buildings, and structures as needed.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.
  • Ensure all amenities are in good working order and presentable for guests.
  • Maintain the natural landscape by mowing, weeding, leaf blowing, and other landscaping duties.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance projects efficiently.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in various repair tasks, including flooring, plumbing, and wall repair.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and weekdays as needed.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Kitchen Staff

There can be several shifts available, to include: Sous chef, line cook, prep, and dishwasher. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Food service is country breakfast all the way to fine dining.
