Important Dinner Details
To ensure smooth service for all families, meals are served as listed and cannot be modified. We are unable to accommodate individual dietary restrictions or substitutions during Spring Break. Dinner is served in the main lodge and cannot be packaged to-go.
Want to upgrade to a Gourmet dinner? Go ahead and book the bundle and give us a call to upgrade. You will be charged for the price difference at that time. To help us plan, please call as soon as possible to upgrade. We cannot accept Gourmet Dinner reservations less than 24 hours ahead of time.

Discover the Hidden Wonders of Snake Creek Gorge!
Join us for an immersive Nature Walk & Talk led by Toby Saunders, MS Biology, a professor at The University of West Georgia. This two-hour guided trek will take you through the stunning trails of Snake Creek Gorge, a landscape that feels as if you've stepped into the Appalachian Mountains—yet, remarkably, you haven’t left the foothills of Georgia’s Piedmont.
As we explore this unique and mysterious ecosystem, you’ll learn about the fascinating plant life of Banning Mills, including species typically found in the Blue Ridge region. The terrain and plant communities create a unique environment, making this hike an unforgettable experience for nature lovers and curious minds alike.
After the hike, enjoy a delicious lunch at the Main Lodge. The menu can be found below.

Trail Difficulty:
This moderate trail follows Snake Creek, featuring gentle hills, rocky paths, and occasional steeper sections. Expect to navigate over roots and uneven terrain—sturdy footwear is recommended!

Strawberry and Goat Cheese Chicken: Tender chicken breast seasoned to perfection, oven baked, and topped with a delightful combination of creamy goat cheese, fresh strawberries, and a balsamic reduction.
Roasted Red Potatoes: Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, our roasted red potatoes are seasoned with aromatic herbs and spices, creating a savory side dish that perfectly complements.
Green Bean Almondine: Crisp and vibrant green beans sautéed and tossed with toasted almonds for a delightful crunch. Finished with a hint of garlic and lemon squeeze.
Fresh Bread Roll: Soft and freshly baked, our bread rolls are the perfect accompaniment to any meal.
